The key element in medical emergencies at our establishment is not the incident itself but our reaction to it. Our lifeguards serve as the initial responders and need to undergo appropriate training to address different scenarios such as rescues, chemical exposure, mental health emergencies, and other critical situations. We depend on a team of young adults and teenagers to safeguard our visitors from potential dangers. Failing to have solid strategies for efficient and prompt interventions could lead to their inability to succeed.

Have comprehensive plans been created by your facility for different emergency situations for the aquatics area? These Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) should address scenarios like fires, chemical spills, suspicious individuals, bomb threats, missing children, robberies, violence, and natural disasters.

The emergency response course we offer aims to assist you in developing these vital plans. Given the unique characteristics of each facility and community, it is important to work together with local emergency services to customize strategies that are suitable for your requirements.

Should you require help with creating efficient Emergency Action Plans, feel free to reach out to us at bkloberdanz@aquastarconsulting.com.
